Alexander Hanchett Smith (12 de diciembre de 1904 – 12 de diciembre de 1986) fue un naturalista y micólogo estadounidense.[1][2]

Su esposa, Helen Vendler Smith, y su hija, Nancy Smith Weber, también fueron micólogas.[3]
